ITV News London visited Downe to report on Gareth Bacon MP's letter to Matt Hancock asking what scientific evidence there is for a London-wide lockdown. In the letter, Gareth Bacon MP said: "My constituency of Orpington, within the London Borough of Bromley, is more akin to Kent than to other boroughs within the capital's centre.
